Nobody should lose a day
to a queue they can't see.
Across the region, getting a document, seeing a doctor or opening an account too often means arriving before dawn and waiting without knowing whether you'll be seen at all. The queue is invisible: you can't tell how long it is, how fast it's moving, or when your turn will come.
Queon makes the queue visible. Organizations publish the days and hours they actually serve. The public books a slot and gets a queue number. As the day runs, we measure how fast each counter is really moving and tell every person when their turn is coming — by email or WhatsApp — so they can wait somewhere that isn't a corridor.
What we do
We are a booking and queue platform that any organization serving the public can set up for itself — a county office, a clinic, a bank branch, a licensing desk.
- We publish real availability
- Not a phone number and a hope. Organizations set their service days, hours, capacity and cut-off times, and the public sees exactly which slots are genuinely open.
- We collect the right details up front
- Each organization builds its own booking form, so people arrive with the ID number, reference or document already on record — and are not sent home to fetch it.
- We measure the day as it happens
- Every completed appointment is timed. That real pace — not an optimistic guess — is what drives the waiting estimate shown to everyone still in line.
- We tell people when to come
- As someone nears the front they get a message. Nobody has to hold their place in a physical line to keep it.
Our objectives
These are the things we hold ourselves to. They are deliberately specific, because vague aims can't be argued with or measured.
-
1
Give people their time back
Replace open-ended waiting with a slot and a number. Someone who books should be able to plan the rest of their day around the appointment, not the other way round.
-
2
Make the wait honest
Show a waiting estimate built from what a counter is actually doing today — and revise it after every single person served, including when the news is that things are running late.
-
3
Ask only for what is needed
No fixed national form. Each organization decides what it genuinely requires, so people are not made to supply irrelevant details, and are not turned away for missing something nobody mentioned.
-
4
Help teams serve more people
Better sequencing, fewer no-shows and less time spent explaining the queue means the same staff get through more of it — without working longer.
-
5
Leave no one behind
Booking works without an account, without a smartphone app, and on a basic phone through WhatsApp or SMS. Somebody can book on behalf of a relative. Walk-ins are still served.
-
6
Be answerable
Every organization can see its own waiting times, no-shows and busiest periods. What gets measured can be improved — and can be shown to the people it serves.

Built around how a service day really runs
We did not start from a booking calendar and hope the rest would follow. We started from the counter: someone is called, someone is served, someone doesn't turn up, and the queue has to keep moving anyway.
- Call the next person, recall them, skip them, or move them to another counter
- Run several queues at once across branches and departments
- Add walk-ins to the same queue as booked appointments
- Pause when a counter closes, and account for everyone at the end of the day
- See waiting times, no-shows and peak periods, and export them
How we work
The commitments behind the product.
Your data stays yours
Each organization's bookings, customers and reports are walled off from every other. We do not pool or resell anyone's data.
Only what is necessary
Organizations choose what to ask for. We hold card details nowhere — payments go through the provider's own secure page.
Works on what people have
A plain web page, no app to install, alerts by email or WhatsApp, and guest booking for anyone without an account.
Honest about the wait
When a queue falls behind we say so and revise the estimate, rather than quietly leaving people with a number that stopped being true.
Whichever side of the counter you're on
Find a service and book a slot in a couple of minutes — or set your own organization up and stop managing the queue on paper.
